Please note:  Nice should be offered to an entire cohort of your employee population, for example all employees enrolled in your company sponsored health plan. Nice is not considered a voluntary benefit. In addition, all benefit-eligible spouses/partners as well as dependent children under 26 should also be enrolled and documented in your eligibility list. 

Employees can also be enrolled/added to Hint at anytime of the year, please be sure to add their correct eligibility date when following the steps below.
